Prepared using authentic regional products, the L'Ecluse menu comprises around thirty different dishes that offer an invitation to experience our selection of Bordeaux crus.
We change our menu every six months to reflect the seasons and offer expressive cuisine that brings together tradition, inventiveness and creativity.

Among the forty or so wines on the wine list, which can be served either by the glass or bottle, you will find your favourite chateau or vintage as well as a number of new finds should you prefer to opt for a wine you have never tried before.

From the prestigious chateau Pétrus via château d'Yquem, château Lafite Rothschild or château Angélus, a wide range of the world's finest wines awaits you.

Each wine comes with its own description to guide you in your choice. However, if you would like personalised advice adapted to your own tastes, please don't hesitate to ask. It's always a pleasure for us to talk “wine” with you.

With each dish, we suggest a wine from the wine list that we feel makes a particularly good pairing, in order to achieve perfect harmony between the food and wine served.
